Technology Department's Job Structure Over the course of five years I developed a structure of positions for a Technology Department. Along with the positions, I also created an estimated pay scale for those districts not in a huge metropolitan area.

Teacher Technology Points System I started working on this system while at Crane ISD. We did not have enough money to purchase all the teachers a new computer system at once. So how do we decide who receives one and who does not? I also strongly believe in a replacement cycle for technology - how will that fit in? Four years later, I completed the development of this system for placing technology in teachers' classroom, with the help of many teachers and administrators at three school districts.
